• Securing your display name and password is your responsibility, as is any activity under your display name.

Products

• The images displayed on the website are for pictorial purposes only. We strive to ensure they reflect the actual product, but variations may occur due to screen settings.

• We ensure the accuracy of product pricing; however, if an error occurs, we will correct it immediately. If an order has been placed, we will inform you of the error. If we cannot contact you, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

• Prices are subject to change but remain the same for dispatched orders.

Payment

• We accept payments through Razorpay and PayPal. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

• Razorpay accepts INR payments, while PayPal supports multiple currencies across 200+ countries.

Purchases, Orders, Taxes, and Delivery

• Purchased products should not be used for commercial purposes.

• Your order is considered accepted once we send you an email confirming dispatch.

• You must provide a phone number and email address for order updates and delivery-related communication.

• Delivery estimates are based on ideal conditions and may be delayed due to stock availability or shipping issues.

• Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

• Your address and phone number will be shared with delivery partners for fulfillment.

• We take responsibility for non-delivery only if notified within 10 days of the expected arrival date.

• The number of dispatched items is considered final unless you provide proof otherwise.

• Standard tax rates apply (18% or 12% depending on the product).

• If an item is delivered to a third-party address, Hestern is not responsible for further transportation.

• All prices include applicable taxes and are displayed at checkout.

• Product weight varies due to the natural thickness of leather hides used in production.

• Sizes are listed in inches:

  • 1 Inch = 0.0254 Meters

  • 1 Inch = 2.54 Centimeters

  • 1 Inch = 25.4 Millimeters

Manufacturing & Packaging

• Our handmade products are 100% handcrafted, and the manufacturing and packaging year is the same as the purchase year.

• Since our products are handmade, they do not have an expiration date.

• All goods are manufactured and packed by Hestern.

• We do not import goods from outside India; all products are made in India.

Shipping

• We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

• Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and are shown at checkout.

• In case of replacement due to defects, return and replacement shipping charges are covered by us.

• The item must be returned with the invoice, unused, and with all labels and packaging intact.
