Leather Warranty
5 Years
Covers manufacturing defects in leather such as stitching issues, hardware detachment, or natural peeling caused by workmanship.
Hardware Warranty

Covers zippers, buckles, linings, and metal fittings against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty applies only to genuine Hestern products purchased from official channels (Hestern.in or authorized partners).
- Leather warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to water, oil, heat, or chemicals.
- Natural marks, variations, or minor wrinkles are part of the authentic leather character and not considered defects.
- Regular wear, color fading, or stretching over time is normal and not covered under warranty.
- Products repaired or altered by third parties are not eligible for warranty claims.
