Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and we do not accept returns for personalized orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Product returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever. Any damage reported after 24 hours of delivery will be considered damage by use of the product. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for free return eligibility. If products are damaged due to use, they will not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, incorrect, or broken. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Hestern reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We sell handcrafted leather goods, and a 5-10% variation in leather color, fitting issues, different buckles, thread color differences, and some leather uneven cuts may occur in our products. We always try to minimize these variations, but due to human craftsmanship, minor imperfections may happen. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects, and we do not offer free returns for such issues.
Leather butterfly chairs require basic assembly knowledge as they are DIY products. We do not offer free returns or exchanges for issues arising from assembly mistakes unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure you are familiar with assembling butterfly chairs before making a purchase.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone call. After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 days.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to info@hestern.in and return your item to the above address.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to cancel your order immediately after payment, you can email us at info@hestern.in with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and process a full refund.
