Shipping Policy

At Hestern, we promise our patrons one of the best online shopping experiences that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all parameters to ensure your delivery reaches you in perfect condition.

Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. However, if the shipment is delivered and the customer receives a faulty product, they can raise a return request.

Shipping Timeline

The tentative delivery periods are as follows after 12-24 hours of order processing:

  • Free Shipping: 4-7 working days

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 working days

  • Priority Express Shipping: 2-3 working days (Only for Metro Cities i.e., Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai & Kolkata)

    • Not applicable when placing an order for more than 3 bags or 2 butterfly chairs due to weight restrictions exceeding the Rs. 300 shipping budget.

T & C: Some of our leather goods are made to order or are sometimes under production as we do not stock goods extensively to maintain cash flow and ensure fresh leather goods for every customer. They will be shipped when available in stock. However, actual delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Paid Shipping Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

COD & Prepaid Orders

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a Rs. 100 COD charge is applied per product.

    • For example, if your order includes three products, a COD charge of Rs. 300 will apply.

International Shipping

Hestern ships globally, and even remote parts of the world are reachable within 5-10 business days.

Please note: The timeframes above are indicative only. Remote areas in Europe and North America may experience delays.

Import Duty & Sales Tax

  • For US customers: Shipment value up to $800 is exempt from duties and taxes.

  • For Australian customers: Goods under AUD 1,000 are exempt from duties, taxes, and charges.

  • For Non-EU customers: Shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes upon arrival. Please check with your local tax authorities for more information.

  • For EU customers: Bulk orders may incur additional import tax. Contact your local customs office for details.

Hestern does not accept responsibility for local import or sales taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs or tax authorities.

Late Delivery

In the event of a late delivery, Hestern will make every effort to get your package delivered as quickly as possible. However, unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
